The beds were lovely, and the location was best possible. Responsible, very informative staff, was willing to help. Mixed drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise. Further, it was close to the airport and the ocean and the beach to PDC.

Very early check-in, very big beds and generally efficient service. Substantial breakfast, particularly yoghourt, pastries, fresh fruit, fresh bread and cheese. Staff were patient and kept the place reasonably clean. The pristine beach was located near the property.

Facilities were very good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was awful.

Planned to see Playa del Carmen major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. Such a gorgeous resort - just a walk down to everything...

It's not their fault, but the street was rowdy.

Pool was great and the staff were welcoming. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant La Hacienda. In addition, free Wi Fi was provided. It was worth its 5 stars.
